At first I was annoyed that the text wasn't centered. It turned out that the standard label size was 30 x 15mm and the bundled roll was 40 x 12mm. It wasn't written anywhere so I had the wrong settings until I realized the label looked longer than 3cm. Pros - very easy to use - fast - small size - multiple languages supported (I was specifically looking for Chinese writing) - thermal so no ink to replace - Bluetooth - wireless (obviously still needs a charging cable - many options: label size, embellishments, Fonts, size, layout - the label company sells labels relatively cheaply, but they aren't proprietary so you can use a different label (it's not a word processor) - you can't choose the alignment for more than one line (top line left, bottom right) - no support for right-to-left fonts, although this does not affect most users - as is the case with most Chinese-styled products on the web - English language support is not available and the links on the site are available broken and missing videos (although very easy to use and on you tube eu t video so this is just a small minus e)
