I had high hopes for this, especially as I like the size, the magnetic back and it's a lot cheaper than timers. Despite some other poor quality reviews, most of them reported that their faulty units were replaced without much hassle. Ours literally fell apart within a day with no falls or rough handling. I briefly thought I could just put it together, but it turned out to be more effort than it was worth. When I thought I would have to deal with a replacement that was about to break again at any moment for no good reason, I decided to just wipe my hands over it and get a refund. It would make a lot more sense to me if they just invested in a slightly higher quality. products and constructions, rather than using this return rate to defray the cost of replacing any defective units they supply.
