The hair is full and beautiful. I am very comfortable. The hair looks exactly like the seller's promotional photos. The photos posted were taken after I washed my hair. Neatly packed with care. Her hair was folded into separate buns. It had a slight smell, nothing bad considering they were wrapped in plastic and sat in a hot van all day. I shampooed and added some silicone mix just because I like the smell on my hair.
