This coat rack is really nice. Way nicer than I was honestly expecting it to be. It came with an actual instruction book, not just a piece of paper. Everything about this coat rack just looks and feels very high quality. It's solid and sturdy, assembly was very easy, and it included the tool needed to put it all together. Interesting note is that the tool is double sided with one end being a screwdriver. It wasn't always easy to use, but it definitely got the job done. I'd say for the expected longevity of this piece of furniture it is worth the cost. The fact that the hooks can be slid along the bars to position and reposition them as needed is a great feature. It is solid but not too heavy for even a small woman to move around easily on her own. Very tall. Both my daughter and I are short and can only barely touch the top bar. My husband is tall though, and for him it is within very easy reach. I'd say this is about as close to perfect as a coat rack can get. It's plenty wide enough to hold a lot without being unnecessarily large, so it isn't difficult to find a place for it. The hooks themselves are big and perfectly designed to easily 'catch' coats and hats that are practically thrown on it. Very high quality and quite nice looking too.
