Holds securely on casters. Quality construction and finish. The spring clips are set loose for width adjustment, I used screwed Loctite to mount/attach the spring clips. The spring clips keep everything far enough away for the wire rope to release and secure the winch hook. A small minus - the height of the screw head (actually inevitable) causes the license plate to bend a little, which is easily eliminated with washers.
