This product looks amazing but the electrical component quality is horrible

I just purchased this product at Lowes and found the reviews while searching for why my new switch is broken. I wish I had read the reviews first. The wire connectors &#34;wiggle&#34; and the light is turning on and off with the wiggle. When the light is on the switch sits and blinks the positive and negative indicators. This product looks amazing but the electrical component quality is horrible. (was a new factory sealed box)

Sent over $1500 for an under-cabinet system in our kitchen. The USB module will not charge I-pads, I-phones or androids. Legrand will not take back unneeded components even though they''re in unopened boxes and the retailers know absolutely nothing about the products.
