It's easy for non-tech users as well, since it has an intuitive interface with many features which are user friendly! The only thing I don't like about RKDms (which might also be its best feature!) Is there should have better customer service when you're having issues or if something goes wrong in your system.

This was just one time issue but still felt bad because we were using this product almost every day so not knowing what went down exactly why our files weren't uploading/downloading etc., made us feel uncomfortable sometimes even though they did help out eventually after some research into their support page themselves..
