My father has Alzheimer's and couldn't turn a meat grinder. I don't like pepper that's already ground, but freshly ground is better for you. All you do is flip it over like an old-fashioned salt and pepper shaker! The only thing I would like to see is that the pepper is a bit natural and there is no adjustment left. I love pepper so it's perfect for me but other people don't need as much pepper. We love him and he gave me ground salt and pepper and dad can just use it like his old shakers!
