I've always been wary of ordering other brands but with the office printing needs increasing and toner replacement costs exceeding $75 every 60 days it wasn't perfect. I was looking for alternatives and came across this product. Almost a third of what I paid and 2 came, it was definitely worth a try. I was not disappointed. print quality remains. We had no problems inserting cartridges. We haven't received any "lemons" yet and to be honest if we do it won't stop me from ordering again.
