Review on RXNT EHR by Micheal Wright

I like the ease of use. It is a very user friendly system. I don't like that you need to go to a support desk to get help. Most of the time, the tech support does not understand the issue or cannot fix it. The system is very outdated. I was recently told that you cannot use the system to input discharge summaries. You have to scan and send a copy. It is very inefficient. There is no way to have it work for you. If you have any issues with the system, you are on your own. You are not going to be able to get help with troubleshooting. I use this system for my billing. Sometimes, I have to call them to get an update on an account. I wish that I could just use the system. I wish that the billing could be done through the system.
