The ability of sending out messages without needing an email address or having any prior knowledge about what is going in my inbox was very helpful for me as I have been working from home during this time due to COVID-19 pandemic which has caused us all to work remotely. There are no other platforms that allow you send mass emails at one go like squarate talk does! We were able to use it across different channels including social media such as Facebook messenger where people could interact easily through our live chat feature but also via website messaging too if they want so we can reach them anywhere online.
