I was a bit skeptical about purchasing VTech given how poorly made their products were in the years following their launch in the US. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the call. The functions are mostly very easy to use and intuitive. This phone is probably very suitable for people with hearing impairments as the preset ringer levels are very loud. Suffice to say I was startled when the phone rang the first time and I didn't expect it to be so loud. I love how, once you've created a Bluetooth phone or headset, you can easily switch using the dedicated connect feature on the home screen. Call button to turn calls on and off quickly and easily as it takes about six steps to turn calls off when you want. The lack of a nightly call mute feature that most other phones have these days is another downside.
