This is a Vtech DS6401 extension phone, the only one that Vtech makes for use with the DS6421 system. At the time of writing, Revain listed the item as CS6401, but after being confirmed over the phone that it was a typo, I ordered four. They have arrived and look exactly like the phones that came with my DS6421-3 system. First impressions are that the system works well when connected to two iPhones.
