Grooves too close together
This works well, but I like the bigger grooves that come from rolling dumplings on a fork instead of this board. The purpose of mashing dumpling pillows on a board or fork, leaving indentations on one side and grooves on the other, is to create more nooks and crannies for your sauce to hang from. were further apart.
