Ideal for both the master and the master. I had occasional toilet breaks in the front bathroom and had to dive about once a week. I ran a 6ft snake and it didn't fix the problem. So I figured there was something in the black pipe and I'd have to spend over $100 on rent or plumbing. However, I decided to at least pull out the toilet and have a look as a last resort. I found that Delta Sierra, who installed the toilet, installed TWO wax rings! One of them clogged the drain pipe about 33%. Many Thanks. So I removed the old rings and wax, installed the new Think Wax Ring and put everything back together. It's been 3 weeks now and no problems. The new wax ring is perfectly sealed.
