I have used many of these types of containers in many countries. This is a great way to reuse plastic bags and avoid the big trash can. I downgraded this bag holder for two reasons. 1) It's quite narrow which makes it difficult to fit items into the bag, especially when you might not want to touch dirty parts or when the bag sags inward. 2) The front bar blocks your hand. Also not really necessary. If the sides are strong enough, there's no reason to have a square mouth. I've tried hanging bags inside and out and have concluded that the square footage is too small.
