I recommend this product to anyone who wants to protect their mattress from these bed bugs. I had them many years ago, they are very difficult to get rid of and can even be hidden behind a picture frame in many places. This cover slides over the mattress and zips up at one end, it provides a very good seal and I would put it on both the mattress and the box spring. My mattress is queen size and quite thick, about 10 inches, and fits me very well. I would say it's waterproof, not waterproof. Please be careful not to snap the frame against the cover as this may damage the cover. Bed bugs are hard to stop, you break the cycle by killing the living, destroying the eggs and finding all the places where they are hiding. They hide with their "blood" about 8 feet or closer from their food. Do your research and don't bombard them, it just chases them to other rooms.
