I run an auto repair shop. I built a washing machine out of a Kitchen Aid dishwasher. I have used this heater to heat my tank to keep it portable, ready to go and able to recycle the washer fluid after each use. I have a built in hot water pump to circulate the water while it heats up. let me tell you This thing will heat about 25 gallons of water from 70ºF to 130ºF in about 2 hours. In combination with the InkBird ITC-308 thermostat, this is the perfect complement. They perfectly regulate any temperature. I pumped it up to 160ºF last week and it took about 3 hours or so. I'm buying another to do a hot tank with just the thermostat and this heater. The price for the quality of this heater is unmatched. The parts washer fluid I use is non-toxic and safe for these types of heaters. I have not seen any corrosion on the element. The exterior of this heater appears to be polished T304 stainless steel and the construction is very solid. Super impressed.
