Even though I followed their size recommendations, the pet supplies I received were of poor quality, and the dog collar I purchased was too small for my dog. When I contacted their customer support, I got a dismissive reply and no offer of help to fix my problem. Additionally, the shipping took a lot longer than I had anticipated, which made me angry and disappointed with the entire purchasing process. In conclusion, I can't suggest the LANNEY online store enough to people searching for high-quality pet supplies and dependable customer support.
