The Inkbird Bluetooth thermometer is a game changer in my kitchen .Based on my observations, the temperature readings are accurate, and the backlight makes it easy to read even in dimly lit areas. The app is user-friendly and allows me to track the perfect temperature of my dish without the need to constantly check it. The one downside is that the thermometer probes are not dishwasher safe but its a minor inconvenience for the convenience it brings to cooking..
