The stand arrived very well packaged with all parts included and secured in the package. It is strong and well built. The instructions could be a bit clearer as with most products on the market the manufacturer is more concerned with something other than assembly rather than beta testing with people who have never assembled anything like this. Everything fit perfectly, assembly didn't take much time. After assembling it works perfectly. Tilt it away from the car, the ability to fold, the security of the locking arms and the ability to lock the wheels in the trunk make it even better. Attaching to the hitch with the supplied products is another story and I won't go into that here. Suffice it to say that I bought a stand for the ability to carry a microphone and will take care of mounting the stand separately. That shouldn't be the case though given the cost of the rack, but compared to Thule it's on par with a more expensive product. If you are looking for a reliable, high-quality towbar, try the Swagman.
