This is an amazing pillowcase. Luxurious and high quality. I've been using the 22 momme pillowcase (also from Tafts) for several months and loved it so much I decided it was time to have two pillowcases. Even more impressive is the 27 Momme pillowcase. Silk is thicker, has a durable feel, is luxuriously heavy, and is even smoother. Ideal for those who are more selective about their pillows but still want the comfort and benefits of silk. The zipper is good - not obvious but works great and seems to last a long time. Of course, silk still needs to be treated more gently than ordinary pillowcases and cleaned with a very mild detergent, but the pleasure of sleeping on silk and its effect on hair and skin is totally worth the effort. The sleep mask also deserves a mention. As someone who needs proper darkness to sleep but hates looking at masks, I really appreciate the way the Tafts made their masks. Now I have two and I'm wondering why I'm wasting all of my time and money on anything other than a silk mask. First, the mask is very comfortable. Silk feels wonderful on the skin. With this mask I never felt dry or irritated in my eyes, I never had any breakouts or redness even after using it all night and several days in a row. This is truly the only sleep mask I can and will continue to use. Of course, don't forget to hand wash your pillowcases regularly when you receive them. Both the pillowcase and the mask are made of silk on both sides. I highly recommend Tafts silk pillowcases. They are great quality and the customer service is great - they check customers to make sure everything is ok with the order. These pillow cases and masks also make great gifts for all your beauty conscious friends.
