This phone is fantastic. I had an issue with the first where the battery indicator didn't change from 50% no matter how many times I used it or how much I charged it. The battery charged and lasted a long time, but the lack of a battery life indicator was a deal breaker. Called google support and they said it was a "warranty" issue. The warranty includes shipping the phone to a designated location for repair, but the closest location I can get is a 250 mile round trip. The alternative was to send them the phone and wait a week for a new one, which is unacceptable to me. It would be like Mercedes giving a guarantee on their car, but you only get service if you bring it to Germany for repairs. This is an extreme example, but it illustrates the terrible nature of the "guarantee" that Google offers on this phone. I have to go a week without a phone. It's nice that Google relies on Revain's great support team to solve their problems. I am disappointed in Google
