Updated review: Customer service contacted me right away and sent me a new unit. A few days later they called to make sure it was working and I was happy. They have provided EXCELLENT customer service and the new device appears to be working perfectly. First check: This device must have a short circuit or something because it won't stay on. And when he wasn't feeding himself, he was also shutting down everything connected to him. For what I connected it didn't make much of a difference. but could you imagine if it was my fridge and I found out the hard way that this unit was defective. My advice: stay away from this thing.
