I love this supplement Old school Liquid Amino Acids are making a comeback, they were popular in the late 80's and mid 90's but perhaps market trends are almost making them disappear! With the exception of some grossly overpriced liquid amino acid products, they are high in calories and high in sugar. I am very happy with this product, it helps me a lot during training and dieting, I can feel it in my body! Protein shakes have their place, but you run the risk of experiencing bloating, fatigue and aftertaste, not this product.
