I have been a volunteer caretaker for a 7 acre cemetery for 31 years. I garden at the cemetery at least 4 days a week. We regularly have small groups of people who volunteer to help, so I have 6 of these scissors. They are very affordable and durable. They cut well, but don't try to cut anything wider than about half an inch or you'll disable the blades. Several times a year I lubricate all moving parts of these scissors with a little household oil so that they can be opened and closed easily. Please do not leave them outdoors, otherwise they will rust. Our volunteer lost hers, and a few months later I found a pair of scissors on a tombstone. If you accidentally leave them outside, simply soak them in a water and vinegar solution (a few tablespoons of vinegar per cup of water will do) for an hour and the rust will dissolve. You can then oil them and they will work great again.
