I like that my receptionists can see patients in their own apps, so they are not stuck waiting for me when it's time to take care of them! It also helps if there is an app already installed or available through Apple/Google Play stores because then we don't have to install any additional software onto our phones - this makes things easier than having everyone download separate programs (which would be very difficult). The only thing i dislike about using these applications as opposed to talking over phone lines is how easy it has become to ignore calls from people who aren’t important enough to talk directly into voicemail instead just letting messages go unanswered; especially since some callers will leave multiple texts before actually calling again which becomes annoying after awhile too. This system allows us at least partially eliminate those issues by allowing appointments without needing someone physically present during office hours.
