Nice looking product but never worked properly. It initially connected to our Apple router with no problems, went through a software update and has never worked properly since. After the update, every time I moved the plug to a different location in the house, it would not connect to our network despite a strong signal. I would have to manually reset the switch and then start over. It then simply refused to connect to our network after doing so a dozen times. Also, the app kept crashing on my iPhone. Chatting with tech support is useless. I knew more than the support person and they kept suggesting to do what I had already done or there was no point in trying. Come back and try something different.
