Review on Garmin nüvi 1390LMT 4.3-Inch Portable 🗺️ Bluetooth GPS Navigator: Lifetime Map & Traffic Updates by Nguyen Taylor

I've had several Garmins, this is the newest. Everything worked fine, the only criticism is the battery life. I'm not sure as I haven't done it for a test run yet. Maps are crisp and satellite acquisition is faster than the previous model. The voice is louder too, which is a nice change as the other model was a bit difficult to hear at times. The power cord connects directly to the device. I always take the GPS off when I park, so I'm not sure if that would make a difference, but I liked being able to connect it to the mount. Updating the map was easy and I hope Garmin stays with the current provider to keep this feature. As another reviewer pointed out, make sure you sign up online, not over the phone, to activate the lifetime card feature. Update: Now that I've used it, the satellite lock doesn't seem to be as strong as it was on my old Garmins. And 3590 takes longer to acquire. The touchscreen on my old Garmins was fine. I found that on the 3590 I didn't press the keys once, not even twice, but often three times. Sometimes there is also a delay after the button finally works. As far as I can find where to go, the GPS works fine. The traffic also seems to work as it alerted me to problems on the freeway when I was using it in Seattle. Sticks with Garmin but will likely move to 5 inches. I recently had the opportunity to use the 7 inch inbuilt sat nav that came with the rental car. Well! Since I can't see myself with a 7 inch GPS (even with a tablet like this), I go with the 5 inch GPS.
