WON'T RUST - Used 3 times, wiped clean and still rusty.

I'm not sure what the difference is between the kit I received and the kit from the other reviewers, but my kit was definitely rusted and failed the PH test. I just needed the tools so it's ok. One reviewer said they didn't even have to wipe down their TV between uses. After each use, I towel dried my tools and put them back in the gray storage bag. I used the set maybe 3 times - the rust was still there. The set was so cheap that I won't bother about a refund. I just give up and look for a replacement. You might have better luck, but I wouldn't bother.
