We use this transporter ladder attachment system to transport our portable garbage truck up the rear fifth wheel ladder and it works great. It supports the van from below, and we use a strap down the middle to hold it tight against the ladder. We also use a chain lock to prevent the car from being stolen (as they aren't cheap). I made a large cloth bag to cover the cart during transport. The ladder attachment system eliminates the need to transport the garbage truck in our fifth wheel. He lies apart and is almost invisible.
