I had to somehow mount my MacBook Pro Retina to my desk due to IT guidelines. It doesn't have a slot to insert a lock, so I looked through the options and settled on the new MacLock technology solution with a wedge lock. It works great until everything warms up. I was on vacation in Vancouver and carried my MacBook around with me. At some point I noticed that the rubber feet on the bottom of the MacLock were no longer there! One was missing and the other was in the middle of the bottom of the laptop! Not a very good MacLock development. Apple's legs stayed in place as expected. Apple makes quality products. While the device is a good solution for blocking the MBP, the quality of the adhesive holding the rubber feet is far below average. Not impressed. I emailed them to see if they would take care of me but they said they couldn't help me. They didn't even acknowledge the product's flaw and didn't say they would fix it in the future. Shame.
