The trainer size chart is true to fit! I got an XL and it has been two weeks I’m thinking it may be tome to go a size smaller because the XL isn’t fitting as tight anymore. When I first put it on the problem I found was the it won’t cover your stomach completely, but that is slowly worked on as you begin to lose weight. If you incorporate a strict diet this product is AMAZING to help you get good results and help shape your stomach, I would highly recommend, if not for the stomach thing I would give this A 10/10
