My relationship with this product is long and legendary. I skip the details. So much so that I almost returned both (I bought 2). I decided to try again. What completely saved the day was their customer service. The only other company I've ever dealt with has been as responsive and accommodating as Oakley. In the showroom of their company headquarters. If it's not perfect from the start, trust these guys to fix it.
