I purchased 2 camera 8MP 4K Starlight Outdoor PoE IP Security Bullet Camera Motorized Zoom 2.713.5mm VF Lens 5X. First, I plugged each one of them into the Ethernet cable (no POE) and to a 12 V 1 Amp adapter and . nothing happened. There was no IP entry in my router and the Config.exe couldn't find the camera. Dead end.My router had a different address than 192.168.1.1.Then I set up another router for a test as 192.168.1.1 and . yes, the camera showed up immediately. So this could be a problem for other people who also have a different router address. Make a note!Otherwise the camera is outstanding, excellent quality.
