Really good product. Well built and solid and the price is right. It's pretty easy to install. Looks a lot better than the stock hood latches. I hope the color lasts a long time. As others have noted, you will need to remove the grille for better access. I used a ratchet to remove the bearing locks and a hex wrench and ratcheted needle nose pliers to install them. Suggest using rolled up tape to hold the nut on your finger while aligning the bolt. After installation, you can lock it with a ratchet and tighten the screw with an Allen key. The installation only took a few minutes. Others have pointed out that it took longer to align the top and bottom latches than it did to install, but I haven't had this problem. Mine got up on the first try. Also note that the current version comes with a plastic/rubber gasket that sits under the latch on the hood. You don't have to reuse old parts. Been running for a few weeks now and so far so good.
