Bought for my daughter for Christmas and decided to open it up to make sure it was charged but as soon as I saw the screen everything was scratched there was no protective plastic on it. Most devices have a screen that only has a small piece of tape on it, making it look like it actually is. The camera seems nice and easy to use, but the conditions aren't right. I was disappointed with the look like I bought something used.
