Love it!: Massage Tools & Equipment

It's great almost anywhere I have pain have. It has a solid weight which I appreciate. I like that it's rough and not sharp and scratchy. I highly recommend tossing it in the freezer for a while and then rolling it around like a maniac on the floor for a while. you will feel better
