The circle tool works great. I connected it to a 1/4" spiral cutter in my router and it cut large circles. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the circle dimensions are read from the bottom, which is a headache. The smallest circles are under the base of the Routers centered, so reading from below is necessary but awkward. Also, there's a typo in the indices: they say to add 1/4" to cut the disk to the size you want. (when using a 1 /4" bits) to the desired size. So if you want a 7" disc, fit the pin into the 7 1/4" hole in the jig. That is not true. You need to add 1/2" to the size of the disc you want to create: for example, for a 7" diameter disc, insert the pin into the 7 1/2" hole in the jig.
