We bought a 2000 Suzuki Grand Vitara in April 2021. A few weeks ago we were changing the oil and found that the drain plug had snapped off, it was just spinning. I've been offered over $700 to replace the steel oil pan if they can't pierce. Ouch. So, found this and for $24.99 thought it might be worth a try. Worked great! The car had just been broken in, so he let it cool for about 15 minutes. I assembled the pump according to the instructions. Insert the small hose into the dipstick holder and the other hose into the oil container. Battery connected and switched on. About a minute later we were leaking oil. The oil drained in 15-20 minutes. There was a great current. I am very happy with the purchase and will probably use it on our other 2 cars in the future.
