Good KVM Switch, Excellent Customer Service
The only reason I didn't give this KVM switch 5 stars is because I've had to factory reset my keyboard and mouse at least once. I did this with the help of Johnny from CKL Customer Service. Johnny answered two requests within 12 hours each and knew exactly what steps to take. The switch is very compact and easily fits under my monitors. I didn't use a hotkey or remote as the device is at arm's length. Switch gets good reviews and could probably get a 4.5, and CKL customer service gets excellent reviews.
