This is one of the best lumbar support pillows I've tried! I have a herniated disc in my lower back, so sitting in an office chair or taking a long drive can cause back pain. There are a few qualities I love about this pillow that set it apart from the rest. First, it comes with three different firmness inserts that you can change to find the one that works for you (hard, medium and soft). different chair backs. It stays in place once you find that beautiful spot. I would recommend another pair of hands to help you put it on to make it easier. The stitching on the case appears to be of good quality and it arrived carefully packaged. I tried medium stakes first and then hard stakes. I've found that firmness helps me maintain my posture. However, for longer journeys, the mid-range might be more comfortable. Two earbuds fit in at once, so I'll pack both for our round trip to update which one works best. I also like the size of this support, although I can see others dislike it if you are looking for something for full back support. This size is just right for the lower part of the waist but does not support the full back.
