Doesn't fit my purpose
I wanted to use this cable as an extension to a multidrive hub with an IDE socket. While the drive works fine when connected to a hub, it is not recognized when connected with a cable. I can't check whether the cable itself is defective. It didn't cost much so I don't think I'll be returning it.
