To be honest I wasn't 100% sure what to expect. All I know is that Dyneema is incredibly strong and light weight and I figured Dyneema rope would work well for my project. My thoughts after trying to use it. It is much thicker than expected to the touch, a feeling of swelling and a hollow design. makes cutting difficult. Scorching the end is not as easy as with other tackle materials. But the problem for me is how the paint wears down everything it touches. I have used it to attach to the back of car seats, the rope is black and the seats are brown leather. They're now brown leather with black stripes and even after a few washes my hands still look like I've played with charcoal. I've never worked with it, I don't know if this color is a feature of this rope. If so, I would like to warn about it on the product page. And if not, then I have to say that this is a crappy product.
