Review on Yokohama Geolandar A/T G015 215/65 R16 98H all season by Jnis Labucis ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good value for money, I recommend it.

265\70\15 They hold dry asphalt perfectly, turns confidently, and does not throw into a rut. It snowed, the car almost did not slip, but as soon as everything melted and then froze, it became a little scary. Rear wheel drive with front end. At the very first turn, I turned 180, although I didn’t accelerate much, I barely started, I polished. In general, all-weather, but not quite. Arranged a small test in the forest. Puddles, snow, mud. Four-wheel drive without blocking, pressure 2.3. There were no prerequisites for getting stuck, although the tread was all washed out. It is almost impossible to get out of the rut, despite the side hooks. Bottom line: city tires for those who like to go on weekends to nature. If you plan to knead the mud, secure yourself with a winch, a cable and a shovel. I will add: As a result, I got stuck in the mud because of the log on which the car sat down. The protector was washed out, the pressure was 1.5 atm. Pulled out an hour. Happy with the tires. MT is expensive and not quite universal, AT is the golden mean. At the moment, the mileage is about 1500 km. Added 09/28/17 Mileage about 6 t. Km. The rubber started to wobble a bit. If you reduce the pressure to 1.3 atm, then the rubber turns on the disks.

Pros
  • No noise, appearance, good grip on asphalt and spring slush.
Cons
  • Pebbles are clogged and then at speed they begin to shoot at the arches. They don't stay on ice at all. The distance between the grooves is not very large, the tread is washed out.
