Frees up counter space
This is my second. The first was about 20 years old. It didn't crack, just turned yellow from time and the sun. The screw holes are in the same place so I didn't have to drill new holes. I have so little counter space that I can't use the one on the counter. So happy they still do. I'm considering buying another one just in case they decide they should stop if something is working fine. The manufacturer may want to make others in other colors and metals (chrome, nickel, gold, etc.). It's made in good old USA, which makes me support it even more.
