A terrible purchase, I sympathize with everyone who bought it.

I liked the combination of price and features, but first of all - a famous brand! Unfortunately, the purchase is completely disappointed. After 2 weeks, the phone stopped showing signs of life - at first it did not respond to pressing, then it just turned off and did not turn on again. I took it to the official service, where I was VERY surprised by saying that I wet the phone! The fact that it does not work is due to corrosion, which spoiled the contacts of the cable and caused a short circuit! I don’t suffer from memory loss, and I simply had nowhere to wet my new phone. I bought from an authorized dealer, unpacked the box together with the seller. Apparently, the phone in such a deplorable state came directly from the factory. And most likely, Samsung decided to save on the quality of the new A line - it did not protect the contacts with an anti-corrosion coating. As a result, I was refused a warranty repair, for a non-warranty repair they asked "up to 10 depending on the diagnostic results." Half the price. Of course, I won't fix anything - there is no certainty that the gadget won't go bad in another month. I am VERY disappointed in Samsung! I strongly do not recommend buying the A50 and other models of the new line!
