Bought for my son who was worried his sister might have dunked him in a cookie jar - literally his old tin was an old plastic animal cracker tray. His sister doesn't know that he bought them and tried a little so she wouldn't see them. Looking at it on his bookshelf, it goes well with other books. It's not the most "authentic" book, especially when it stands on its own. Surrounded by other books only a trained eye can really make it stand out in my opinion. As for the latch, I'm sure I can open it in about 10-15 minutes with a screwdriver. However, he is not hiding state secrets or the Hope Diamond; he's just trying to keep his sister away. So if you know what you're getting, it's 5 stars.
