Used for compression after an Armlift surgical procedure. Why anyone would want a loose fitting compression garment is beyond me, it defeats the purpose completely. Size chart is right on, I measured myself. I have a 36D breast, I’m 148 lbs and 5’5.5”. I ordered a small! They fit tight just as they should. I’ve added pictures to this review to show how they look. I’m glad I didn’t order a size up they would have been too big!
