Nice plate design, but missing screws & imperfections abound

I LOVE the design of these plates, and they fit perfectly with my bedroom decor. HOWEVER, almost every single plate that I've ordered from here (5 or so) has come without the installation screws (which are supposed to be included in the blister pack) and every single plate comes with scratches and imperfections that need to be fixed. Luckily, because the design is black, a quick dab with a Sharpie can help cover up small scratches. However, it seems like brand new products should come with all of their parts and in brand-new condition.
